Account Closure. You may request closure of your goldbs22 account at any time by contacting the goldbs22 support team via Live Chat. Completed matches with a declared result are final and not subject to reversal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goldbs22 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and potential referral to relevant Pakistani law enforcement authorities:

Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goldbs22's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action — is limited to the total value of PKR deposits made by that player to goldbs22 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services. goldbs22 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services integrated into the platform, including game content from licensed providers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, or Pakistan banking institutions. Issues with these services must be escalated to the relevant third-party provider directly.

goldbs22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication to the goldbs22 website. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect the rights or obligations of registered players — goldbs22 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on their goldbs22 account before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the goldbs22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
